The objective of our purchasing is to find the most efficient providers for all materials and supplies and to work with these partners within long-term agreements, in order to meet the needs of our customers.  Flexibility and speed are among the top priorities for suppliers.

Audits

It goes without saying that our raw materials must be of the highest quality – without compromise. Our suppliers are required to be aware of and adhere to the relevant quality standards. Our in-house supplier ratings are based on certifications according to the current standards of the food industry. All suppliers are evaluated each year according to standardized evaluation criteria. The evaluation of a supplier establishes the supplier’s in-house status and applicable measures in order to optimize our supplier portfolio.

Materials

Every day, we are working with a wide variety of raw materials. They range from recipe components (fruit and spice mixes, sugar, seasonings, oils, starches etc.) to primary and secondary packaging (deep-draw foils, seals, containers, cartons) to machine parts and other supplies (cleaning products, work clothes etc.)  In all these areas, we are always interested in making contact with potential suppliers. A possible business relationship would begin with sample deliveries and evaluation of the parameters for quality and conditions.
