Qualified employees are an important part of our consistent quality strategy. In the course of about 150 in-house and external training opportunities, the systematic training and continued professional education of our employees is very important to us.
Apprenticeships in Elsdorf
Our intensive trainee programmes ensure that new qualified employees are always available to us. Every year, we accept 15 to 20 trainees, offering them a comprehensive education in the following fields:
- Laboratory technicians
- Food technologist
- Milk technologist
- Industrial engineer
- Machine and production technician
- Industrial clerk
- Computer Specialist
Our companies' training programmes are accredited by independent and public authorities. In 2006, we received a “Recognition for outstanding achievements in employee training†from the Stade Chamber of Industry and Commerce. An honour that makes us proud because it is an impressive confirmation of the success of our employee training efforts.
